The Meet of all Meets!

This past weekend was the annual Eibach meet in California, this meet has been dubbed the "Largest Honda Only Meet" and showcases hundreds of works of art. I hope someday to be able to attend and network some of the major players in the California import scene. Here are a few pictures that I found from the show, more pictures can be found here: http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2777185

A look at what inspires me.

First off sorry for the delay on this update, I'll try to update this more frequently for you guys.

This is going to be my first "what inspires me" post. Today you'll take a look at a gentlemans' build from NY, name is "Blazed" on H-T, K20a, etc I've been a fan of his car since I saw it back in 08 when he was rolling HARD with TA CE28s, a BYS bumper, shaved and tucked bay with what else, a K series. Needless to say I fell in love. When I started thinking about starting this blog I knew that I would post up some pics and parts of his build for you all to see. I reached out to him last week on k20a, and he graciously agreed to letting me use some of his pics to feature on my blog. His build thread is 20 pages long on k20a.org(which I will link at the bottom) so I won't be able to include everything but i'll try and give you all a good taste of what this K-swap King is doing.

His new build consists of:

IPS Spec JE 14.1 87.5mm pistons
IPS Spec Cunningham Titanium Rods
IPS Spec 99mm RDX Crank with widened journals ERL modified
ERL Superdeck K24 Sleeved/assembled
IPS KXV Camshafts
IPS Spec KXV Cylinder Head By MCPerformance with SuperTech valves, valvesprings, retainers
IPS Intake Manifold
Custom 321 SS header designed by Casey Heerman (Ekasey) / welded by DTR

So basically this car is going to SCREAM!!! Enough chatter I'll throw up a few pics now for you to enjoy-

Here it was back in 06

This is how it sat in 08, when it first caught my eye.

The look for 09.

This is how it looked 2/2010, it probably looks totally different now.

Such a sick car, I love everything about it. Nice work and dedication Blazed, keep it up!

As promised here is a link to the full build thread

And once again THANKS to Blazed for allowing me to show you guys what his build is all about, good luck with every veture you take on in the future man!

I love them, I've had this idea for a long time now just never made them. So without further ado here is my first sticker creation an Importslut Original!!!!!!

I will be selling them if I can get enough peopole interested in them! Feel free to comment me here or on Utahhondas.net or on FB.

Took a trip....

To Supremacy Racing today, another busy day for Kel and Frank. Zack was there working on brake lines in his K swapped EH, Ryan was tearing out his PS in his soon to be track prepped RSX. While Frank was examining data from last nights Midnight Drags. I was allowed to snap a few pics, all I had was my Iphone so you'll just have to make do with what I got haha

And so it begins......

Welcome readers, my name is Eric, I'm sure most of you all knew that haha. I decided to start this blog so I can show you what I'm into, be it cars, clothes, or music. Also want a place where I can speak my mind freely and not get replies from n00bs attacking me with 6 year old momma jokes. So stay tuned, bookmark this blog because hopefully it will be updated on a regular basis. Hope you enjoy the blog, but if not, that works too lol.

With this being my first post I'm going to make it about MYSELF, and my car history just so you guys see what I've gone through in this here "Import Scene"

It all started when I was 18 and I bought my 92 CX hatchback for $3k from my friend Tyler, and I've been in this honda mess ever since!

This is what started it all, this 92 CX had 115k original miles on it! It was 100% bone stock and 100% OEM.

I sold the CX about a month after I purchased it to a friend of mine, and picked up this white 93 DX hatchback. This Hatch was delivered to me from Logan, had fresh Frost White(frost > champ) paint, along with a rollcage!

I traded the white hatchback to a kid from Cedar City for his 94 LS Integra in Thunder Grey. She was Low and Slow and I LOVED IT!

I sold the Integra to YOM, and shortly after purchased this 03 Type-S RSX, it was a pretty fun car and that BOSE system that came with an 8" sub in the back gave me plenty of bump hahahaha

While I owned the RSX I decided I wanted a race car to tinker with and keep the RSX stock for the daily. I purchased a 96 Civic Hatchback for far too much money(stupid me should have said no) Bought it and it was towed directly to Frank @ Supremacy Racing, it was going to have a JDM B16/CTR trans combo stuffed in the bay! Frank got it done and I put I believe it was 42 miles on the car post-swap then sold it to my friend who pretty much begged me for it.

I was then bit by the AWD bug so I sold the RSX and picked up an 03 EVO GSR, I purchased basic bolt ons for it, and loved every second of it!

Sadly I was hit while driving my EVO and it was deemed a Total Loss. SO I recieved a check and bought some clothes, then found this gem in California, contacted seller via phone twice, purchased plane tickets for myself, and Ran so we flew out, picked it up, stopped at Super Autobacs, then drove her home!

The Integra was sold to a gentelman from SLC, and I picked up my 00 EX coupe that I currently beat on daily. I love this car, it is so much fun to drive! K > B folks hahaha

So that is where I'm at now, and I think this was the perfect start to my blog. Hope you all enjoyed my little trip down memory lane!
